This wine is a blend of 50 percent Tannant, 30 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 20 percent Cabernet Franc. The winemaker strived to emphasize the excellent potential the Tannat and created a flexible and fleshy wine. This wine was barrel-aged for 12 months, which brought out the Torus’ smoothness and roundness, while preserving its fruity character, depth and freshness. |
