Winemaker Notes - This wine is a deep, dark, earthy-coffee, blackberry jam Petite Sirah, the reddest of reds, the boldest of bolds, and anything but petite. Our vintage ‘07 blend has gone to bottle including 4.8% of our Estate Creekside Ranch Syrah; a nice addition for even more color and tannic backbone. Enjoy this monstrous red with tri-tip, a bit charred on the outside and juicy-red in the middle, or perhaps with a rich blackberry cobbler; a wine for all courses. |
