It is finer than their other cuvées, a bottling from their best vines, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Grenache, barrel-aged, unfiltered. You might find such things as spices, truffles, réglisse, coffee bean, grilled almond, and orange peel bouncing around in it. |
