Entirely sourced from the Roussot vineyard's dolcetto plantings, this wine is fragrant, dry, and delicate, with a pleasantly fruity bouquet. The grapes were hand-picked in the vineyard at the end of September, underwent a 10-day-long fermentation in stainless steel tanks and, after pumping the wine over the cap and the alcoholic fermentation ended, the new wine was decanted into large capacity Slavonian oak casks, where it matured for a few months.
