Winery Notes: Dijon Clone’s Chardonnay comes from Carneros Vineyards, and it is hand picked, sorted, and whole cluster pressed. The wine is barrel fermented and aged sur lies in French oak barrels. In order to allow the varietal character to shine through this Chardonnay has not undergone mololatic fermentation. Exceptional balance, bright acidity and hints of tropical fruit are the hallmarks of this wine. |
