NV Cedar Ridge Harvest Blush Grape and Apple Wine
Winery Notes: A semi-sweet blend of grape and fruit wines. Harvest Blush begins with Concord grapes picked at a vineyard in Paw Paw, Michigan, transported by us to our winery and fermented on the same day. We then blend it with our own apple wine prior to bottling to create a wonderfully fresh, juicy yet soothing taste.

07 Cedar Ridge Marechal Foch
Winery Notes: An all-Iowa exclusive. Pronounced “Mare-a-shall Foash”, this red is made from 100% estate-grown grapes. With only three days of skin contact, the grapes are pressed and allowed to finish fermenting in barrel, softening and rounding out the tart cherry flavor of this grape. Serve with a variety of cheeses, and ham or pork loin with a sweet marinade.

Winery Notes: This dry white wine has been fermented and then aged for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. NV Southern Hills Blanket On A Hill
Winery Notes: This wine is made from Traminette grapes that were produced from a cross between Seyval Blanc and Gewurztraminer. The primary aromas in this wine are pineapple, mango, ripe pears and tropical fruit similar to Sauvignon Blanc or Chenin Blanc. If you like Chardonnays consider this wine a treat with its apricot and flinty flavors on the finish. Medium bodied, this wine is finished dry.

NV Tassel Ridge Finalé Premier Red Dessert Wine
Winery Notes: With big flavor, residual sugar at about 11%, and alcohol at 17.3%, Finalé is “dessert-in-a-bottle” or the perfect compliment to Maytag blue cheese, salted cashews and high-cocoa solids dark chocolate. Note that Finalé does not work well with milk chocolate because milk chocolate is sweeter than the wine. Tassel Ridge Finalé is made from grapes typically used in making Port wines in Portugal: Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão, Touriga Nacional and Alvarinho. We imported these grapes from California in the fall of 2005.
